An ongoing project in the heart of the commercial center of Thessaloniki dedicated to meeting, gathering and creative interaction
The Ypsilon is housed in Kirtsi-Han, which, although it dates back to 1867, is still preserved in its original form. Built in honour of the merchant Kyrtsis, it was destroyed by the great fire of 1917, but continues to operate normally.
In the Ypsilon building, one can notice the historical trace of an active commercial hub and a complex human mosaic. The team behind Ypsilon aims to preserve it as the place that shapes the space that surrounds it and is constantly being shaped by the people who choose it.
FOOD MENU
Simple, everyday food with quality raw materials that revive the memory of those who ate toast with feta cheese and tomato, eggs with fried potatoes, and sandwiches with cold cuts. They are served in the venue all day long.
